Obviously, as Ted mentioned, this can be a reason for whole form DOM update? I'll investigate if there is a way to avoid it. This happens due annotation that creates a long running seam conversation.

Actually we were able to get rid of the problem by loading JQuery scripts manually after first DOM update - ugly hack in my opinion ) I noticed also that seam includes hidden form field for cid (conversation id) on top of form during the execution of first action (button click, etc).
